Ictdatedit is GUI program for working with IC Tester test files and databases, program requires X server and gtk library v1.2 or higher.
Here is explanations of buttons for program version 0.0.1:

Run program as ictdatedit without any command line parameter. After that you'll see program dialog as shown on picture below.

Let go from top left part to bottom right.

• On Top left is location text label where is shown location of currently open database.
• Next on right is New/Save button. Use it if you want to create new empty database or wish to save changes into current open database.
• On top right is Load button and it's used for loading (opening) database for edit or look.
• Down left of database location label is data size label, which show how data for particularly entry use space in database.
• Next on right to it are radio check buttons for selecting type of selected entry. It could be only "Link entry" or "Test file entry".
• Next to it on right is Close button and it's using for closing (quitting) ictdatedit program.
• Down left of data size label is Entry name. Here you can select name of test entry in database (if exists) and display contents in other boxes (test data, author list, true name, etc...). Also you can add on entry some letter and save it, result will be duplicated data from original under different name.
• Next on right is Link location, if you mark this entry as link then you can here chose from list one data entry where this link point to.
• Next on right is Save button for saving changes in current entry if there was modification.
• On right of Save button is New button. Use it if you want add one empty entry in database for edit.
• On right is Delete button. With it you can delete entry from database (select first entry which you want delete).
• Down left is IC Description. Here is write description of IC which will be tested with this entry.
• On right is IC true name, where is write true name (prefix and root number) of IC which will be tested with this entry.
• Down is Tested ICs list. Write here all ICs that is been tested with this entry and that this entry works on it.
• Down of Tested ICs is Authors list where is write all authors who are doing something in this entry.
• Down left from Authors is Modify date. In this place date is updating automatically when you saving this entry.
• On right of Modify date is Import... button. Use it when you want import data from analyze test file into database.
• On right is Export... button and it's use when you want export selected entry into analyze test file.
• On bottom is Test data box. If selected entry is test file entry here you can write test data. This data are identical as one used in analyze test file, see test action letters and how to use it in database section.
